Paul Herbert Rose

Mr. Rose is a Chartered Accountant and has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2008 and Chief Financial Officer of KOV since April 2007. Mr. Rose, the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of KOV, serves as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of both Jura Energy Corporation and Loon Energy Corporation pursuant to a joint services agreement with KOV. Prior to his appointment to Jura in January 2007, Mr. Rose was the Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Canyon Services Group Inc., a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, since January 2005, and prior thereto, he provided financial consulting services to various corporate and government clients from November 2002. Mr. Rose's professional experience also includes the position of Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Bowtex Energy (Canada) Corporation, a North American based public oil and gas exploration and development company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Rose graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1978, and received his Chartered Accountant designation (Alberta) in 1981 while with the Calgary office of Collins Barrow, Chartered Accountants.
