Kenneth Raymond Heuchert

Mr. Heuchert has provided consulting services in water and wastewater treatment engineering since 2000. Prior to that time he was Manager of Engineering and Business Development for US Filter Corporation (now a part of Seimens A.G.) since 1997. Prior to that he was a partner for more than twenty years in PETWA Canada Ltd., a private company which designed, manufactured and marketed water and wastewater treatment systems worldwide prior to its acquisition by US Filter Corporation in 1997. Mr. Heuchert, a Professional Engineer, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1970 and a Master of Science degree in 1972 from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. Mr. Heuchert was a director of KOV from 2001 to December 2008.
